Worn hinges, bent sections, bad wheels, and tracks that have seen better days. Because we fabricate gates in our own shop, structural repairs are done by us — not handed off to someone else.

Keypads, Remotes & Access

Keypads that quit, remotes that stopped working, intercom and telephone entry problems. We repair and replace access controls and get everything programmed and working again.

Repair it, or replace it?

An honest answer is worth more than a quick sale. If a repair gets you years more out of your gate, we'll say so and fix it. If the operator is at the end of its life or the gate itself is failing, we'll show you why and quote the replacement — no pressure either way. Gates damaged by vehicles or weather are common calls: we straighten, rebuild, and re-hang iron in our own Chatsworth shop.

We've fabricated gates and serviced their operators since 1982, so one family handles the whole system: the iron, the operator, and the access controls. Do you repair gates you didn't install?

Yes — a big part of our service work is on gates and operators installed by other companies. Whoever put it in, we'll diagnose it and quote the repair.

What kinds of gates and operators do you work on?

Swing and sliding automatic gates, residential and commercial, and most major operator brands. If you're not sure what you have, call (818) 993-6099 and describe it — we'll tell you straight if it's something we can take care of.

Can you fix a gate that was hit by a car?

Usually, yes. We repair bent sections, damaged frames, and broken hinges in our own shop, then re-hang and re-align the gate. If a section can't be saved, we fabricate a matching replacement.
